France Has Trouble Retaining
Gen Z Prime Ministers

French Parliament

After only a month in office, France’s latest Prime Minister has quit, highlighting the French government's on-going problem retaining their Gen Z hires.

“We just can’t seem to keep a Prime Minister,” said a spokesperson for Parliament. “When they hire in, they seem indifferent about their jobs. They lack motivation, have little initiative, and appear to be completely unprepared for employment. Yet they expect high pay, and immediately ask about vacation time and promotions.”

“Then, after a month of standing around, scrolling on their phones, they quit. We have to hire another one and start all over.”

The spokesperson said when he first joined government, he had to walk to Parliament. Through the snow. Up-hill. Both ways.
